Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot machine malfunctions, and make adjustments to maintain smooth operation and minimize downtime. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance teams to optimize production processes and meet targets. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce scrap, and enhance overall production quality.
