Looking For CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup and Operation: Set up CNC machines according to engineering drawings and specifications, including installing tools, fixtures, and custom components, and adjusting machine parameters for precision machining.

Program Verification and Adjustment: Verify, edit, and optimize CNC programs to ensure accurate production and minimal errors.

Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards, reporting any non-conformances and assisting in root cause analysis.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot machine malfunctions, and make adjustments to maintain smooth operation and minimize downtime.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance teams to optimize production processes and meet targets.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce scrap, and enhance overall production quality.
