JOB PROFILE

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.

Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.

Inputting the product design into the computer

Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the ating of CNC turning/Milling machine

o Tool/work offset setting

o Offset corrections

o Program corrections

o Inspection

o Handing of basic inspection instruments

o Jaws setting

o Fixture setting
