Job Description - Ensure the safety, discipline and culture of the organization is maintained. Erection of lifts referring to the approved layouts. Template preparation. Mechanical completion Cabling and all wiring related works Mechanical adjustments. Clearance of all stages of the in-process check chart in 1st inspections. Audit rating of completed units - No of units scored more than 95% audit during handover/No of units handed over Productivity - No of units completed against the target Any other works assigned by reporting officers from time to time.

Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure lift systems operate smoothly and safely. Diagnose and repair faults in elevator systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during installation, maintenance, and repair work. Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding lift operations and issues. Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of lift systems. Identify and resolve operational issues, using diagnostic tools and equipment. Replace or repair faulty components, including motors, cables, and control systems. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed. Recommend and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and safety of existing systems. Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance needs. Respond to service calls for breakdowns and emergencies, providing prompt assistance.
