Site Supervisor Responsibilities: Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. Looking after the materials in & out in the site.Site Supervisor Requirements: Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program. Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred. Proven experience working as a site supervisor. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. The ability to interpret blueprints. Outstanding leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Require Lift Technician with knowledge/Experience in Troubleshooting Elevators of different models of elevator machines (brands like OTIS, Mitsubishi, KONE, Johnson).Lift technician having minimum 1-2 years Experience in Installation/ Maintenance of collapsible gate, manual telescopic door, swing door, automatic door with MRL lift and hydraulic lift. Roles not limited to :- Overseeing the installation of Lifts/Elevators. Responding to mechanical failures and system malfunctions. - Installing and testing electrical systems. Servicing and maintaining machine parts. Repairing or replacing system parts.- Able to read and understand the electrical wiring diagram and familiar with the fault findings principals & allocating the malfunction component e.g. brakes, motors, switches, signals and control systems using test equipment's.-Identify proactively the parts to be replaced before getting damage & causing breakdown.- Able to work under stress and attending many breakdowns. .- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.- Fitting and installation of new passenger- Excellent knowledge of technical systems.Must have :. Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic diagrams, plans and drawingsKnowledge of lift maintenance equipment. .
