This position plays a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share within the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:Channel Management:Lead and manage the agency channel to achieve sales targets and business growth.Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to ensure strong business performance.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key agents and partners.Ensure the right mix of agents to achieve a balanced portfolio and risk management.Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive agency sales and increase market share.Monitor and evaluate performance to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure appropriate support and promotional activities for agency partners.Training & Development:Conduct regular training sessions for agents to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to optimize sales and operational efficiency.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as required.Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure that the agency channel adheres to all company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.Conduct audits and reviews of agency activities to ensure compliance with company standards.Market Insights:Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
