- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the life insurance or BFSI industry.- Any experienced candidates must not have frequent job change and their average tenure must be 1.5 years. If the candidates are frequently changing jobs, the reason must be justified by them- Strong understanding of life insurance products and customer loyalty programs.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel outstation and conduct field visits as required.- Immediate Joiners preferred only- Localities preferred only. Outstation candidates cannot be considered.- Age must not be more than 35 years old and this must be followed as instructed by our Zonal Sales Manager.- Require traveling outstation outside West Bengal region based on customer appointments.- For the first 3 months, the candidates must be confident enough to generate leads through his/her own references and also from open-source market and must have strong reference so that they can generate leads for the first three months.- Must carry prospect list of the customer so that the business unit can confirm whether the candidate has sufficient customer base or not,
