Additionally, the Kitchen Helper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, which includes washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes, as well as sweeping and mopping floors and taking out the trash. Inventory management is another key responsibility, involving unpacking and storing food deliveries, checking inventory levels, and reporting shortages to the head chef or kitchen manager.
