Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Supervise daily operations on construction sites.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.Site Inspections:Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.Prepare detailed reports on site conditions, progress, and issues.Technical Oversight:Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.Provide technical guidance and support to site staff and contractors.Ensure the correct implementation of engineering solutions and techniques.Quality Control:Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets project requirements.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.3-4 years of hands-on experience in on-site civil engineering.Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office).Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
