key responsibilities:

project management:

supervise daily operations on construction sites.

coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.

site inspections:

conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.

prepare detailed reports on site conditions, progress, and issues.

technical oversight:

review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

provide technical guidance and support to site staff and contractors.

ensure the correct implementation of engineering solutions and techniques.

quality control:

implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets project requirements.

qualifications:

bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.

3-4 years of hands-on experience in on-site civil engineering.

proficiency in civil engineering software and tools (., autocad, civil 3d, ms office).

strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
