The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and other service providers to ensure smooth and timely movement of export shipments.Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day export shipments from order confirmation to final dispatch. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, CHA/customs agents, and other logistics partners. Prepare and maintain export-related documents such as:o Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Billo Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Certificate of Origino Other shipment-related documents Follow up with freight forwarders and CHA for customs clearance and shipment documentation. Arrange transportation and coordinate pickup of goods from the warehouse/factory. Track shipments and provide regular updates on ETD, ETA, vessel details, and delivery status. Ensure export shipments are dispatched on time and as per customer requirements.
