Candidate must know about credit control, day to day billing and reconciliation , preparing data for client outstanding and follow up with clients.

As a Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and persuade them to purchase products or services. You will be required to explain product features, answer any questions the customer may have, and ultimately close the sale.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers over the phone. You should also have previous experience in BPO sales, particularly in the credit card or personal loans domain.
