We are looking for a dedicated Jewellery Store Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of our store in Gurgaon. This role is suitable for individuals with experience ranging from freshers to six years. A minimum education of 10th pass is required. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Manage and guide the store team to ensure efficient functioning and high levels of customer service.- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience.- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure that the store is well stocked with jewellery items.- Sales Support: Assist in sales processes, including displaying products attractively and promoting special offers to encourage sales.- Store Organization: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring displays are appealing and products are easily accessible to customers.- Reporting: Keep records of sales, staff activities, and inventory changes, reporting any discrepancies to management.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to customer service and be able to lead a team effectively. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and staff. A well-organized and detail-oriented approach is necessary for managing inventory and store maintenance. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating individual initiative is expected. Prior experience in retail or jewellery is an advantage but not mandatory.

Dealing with customers in branch offices. Testing and buying their old gold ornaments. Calculating their item value and dealing with cash gold and silver. Following standard protocol and providing excellent customer service. Interacting with customers and providing them customer satisfaction.
