Urgent Requirement For Mechanical Fitter

Perform mechanical assembly and fitting of industrial machinery and automation equipment according to design specifications.

Interpret and work from mechanical drawings, CAD schematics, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly and alignment.

Carry out retrofitting and refurbishment of existing machines and systems, including disassembly, inspection, and part replacement.

Align and calibrate components with precision tools (dial gauges, micrometers, torque wrenches, etc.).

Work with CNC machines, turning centers, and custom automation setups, ensuring proper integration of mechanical subassemblies. Collaborate with electrical and control teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflows.

Conduct functional testing, debugging, and pre-dispatch checks of mechanical systems.

Follow strict safety and quality control procedures during all stages of assembly and maintenance.

Maintain clean, organized, and tool-ready workstations.

Provide on-site support (if needed) for installation and commissioning of machines at customer locations.
