We are looking for an experienced Dry Powder Filling and Sealing Machine Operator to operate and maintain filling and sealing machines in our sterile manufacturing facility while ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate dry powder filling machines and vial sealing machines in the sterile manufacturing area.Ensure accurate filling, capping, and sealing of dry injection vials.Perform machine setup, adjustment, and routine operation checks.Maintain GMP, SOP, and safety compliance during production processes.Monitor filling accuracy and minimize product wastage.Conduct in-process checks and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.Maintain proper batch records and production documentation.Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment as per SOP.Required SkillsExperience with dry powder filling machines in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Knowledge of sterile production processes.Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical production standards.Ability to maintain accurate documentation and batch records.Strong attention to quality, safety, and hygiene.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience operating machines such as:Dry Powder Filling MachineVial Sealing MachineRubber Stoppering MachinePharmaceutical Sterile Filling EquipmentFor more info, contact us:Call us to know more details:+91 98733 31448
