Able to independently produce and markup working drawings, GFC (Good-for-Construction) drawings, sections, elevations, and detail drawings when required, without depending solely on the drafting team. Capable of stepping in to directly design, sketch, or redline layouts and details on short notice - particularly valuable when working away from the core studio team, where quick turnaround on a personally executed drawing can unblock a site query. Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 3D visualisation tools to develop and communicate design intent is preferred. Comfortable using Photoshop or similar tools for presentation drawings, renders, and mood boards. Proficient with MS Office (Excel in particular, for BOQ trackers and schedules) and cloud-based file-sharing platforms for drawing version control.
