Urgent Requirement For Area Manager Sales & Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager Sales & Marketing for our Pune location. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of relevant experience in the building material industry, specifically in areas such as tiles, sanitary ware, quartz surfaces, CP fittings, and marble.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth within your designated area. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and implementing promotional activities that align with company goals. You will also oversee a team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.

This position requires frequent fieldwork and travel within the area, so a valid driving license is essential. You will need to possess a laptop and a mobile device for effective communication and reporting. As part of your routine, you will prepare detailed reports and presentations on market trends and performance metrics.

The candidate should hold a Graduate degree and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. This role demands the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the specified industry. A strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer behavior will be critical to your success.

This is a full-time position that requires working from the office during standard working hours.
