Job description:-The senior interior designer is responsible for leading and managing interior design projects. This includes overseeing design teams, collaborating with clients and stakeholders,and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The senior interior designer also responsible for providing creative solutions and delivering exceptional design outcomes.Duties and responsibilities........* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and goals* lead and manage interior design projects from conception to completion* Develop design concept and create presentation for clients.* create detailed design drawing and specifications for construction.* prepare projects timeline and budget.* manage projects schedule, budget's,and the work of design teams.* Conduct Site visit and site analysis to assess design feasibility and progress.* Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Need hands on experience with AutoCAD, 3D max/3dsmax/vary. Need to have experience in rendering Site Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and teams to address client's needs Create attractive designsInterior Designer with 3-8 years of experience in commercial interior design field.Manage design Coordination with both internal and External Stake holders.Software skill set of Revit and Autocad Is a must along with presentation software like adobe, sketch up and CorelDraw.Senior interior designers are responsible for developing, managing, and recording technical aspects of the project.Plan, schedule and manage the production drawings process and coordinate with consultants and other disciplines, including the preparation of project specificationsKnowledge of drafting and rendering/ presentation software's.To attain Project review meetings and to analyses project progress.

Senior Interior Designer 1. Qualification: - 1.1 a) B.Arch b) 3 years full time Diploma or degree in interior designing from reputed institute. c) Additional Qualification if any will be preferred. 2. Field of Experience:- 2.1 Candidate should have extensively worked as designer on interior design projects of Commercial nature, Institutional Buildings, Offices, Corporate Offices, Information and technology, Banks, Malls, University Complex & Pharma & Non-residential sector.2.2 The experience as designer for Turnkey project will be preferred. 2.3 Should have completed as a project designer of at least single commercial project of 50, 000 sq. ft. for Sr. Interior designer.2.4 Should have conceptualizing ability as per clients requirements.2.5 Should have ability to induce new trends of interior at international standard. 2.6 Should have alternative design and ability. Knowledge of interior services and coordination with all service integration and alternate material choice with cost effectiveness.2.7 Should have the ability to take full responsibility of the project design, implementation execution and complete satisfaction of clients as per approval well within time schedule.2.8 Should be able to give presentation to client explaining the concept, detail unique features, highlighting the trends and measures taken to have unique design within the cost. Should have ability to convince the client in all respect. 3. Basic Efficiency Required: - Auto-Cad, Revit & Sketch Up, MS-Office etc.4. Experience: - For Sr. Interior Designer 5 to 8 years
