We are looking for a dedicated supply chain manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:- Manage Supply Chain Processes: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution to enhance operational efficiency.- Coordinate with Suppliers: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.- Analyze Supply Chain Performance: Monitor and analyze various supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.- Implement Best Practices: Research and establish industry best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency, reducing costs and improving service delivery.- Collaborate Across Departments: Work with other teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with company goals.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree. Responsible for repair and service maintenance for Desma Injection Shoe moulding Machine Should handle Desma Rotary Injection Maintenance and knowledge in handling DG & Air compressor Good to handle Desma machine Should worked in Injection Shoe Moulding Qualification: B.E, B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or ITI or any related field. Proven 4+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing Desma injection moulding machines, preferably in the footwear industry. Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
