Duties and Responsibilities

€¢ Should also be familiar with voice process, so that employee should outcall the customer whenever required or attend the calls from the customers.

€¢ Determines requirements by working with customers.

€¢ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

€¢ Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions 6 Days Working 1 Rotational week off & Rotational Shift.

2. Pocharam: Voice 60 + 40 Non Voice
