Designation Implementation Engineer Job Description - 1. This includes client's business requirement study and discussing the project implementation methodologies 2. Mapping client requirements in the existing product and come out with GAP analysis. 3. Communicating gaps to the development team and proposing workaround if any to the clients. 4. Working with executives to create a plan of execution and suggesting an implementation process that meets the required completion time frame within budget. Project Execution: 1. To execute all activities for the deployment of the product. This includes mapping of the business requirements into the software. Setting up and configuring the business policies, 2. Redesign and Develop Power converters/ Inverters for PE (power electronics) Design, selection, specification, and validation of critical power components (e.g. IGBTs, SCR s, Diodes, capacitors, inductors, contactors, fuses, Contactors, disconnects etc.) Analyses failures seen on the product and find root cause, and implement improvements. The failures can come from market or production. 8D principle is used. Participate in idea generation on cost down possibilities.
