Software Support Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Give back end support to the Service Engineer for the software application.
2. Handling the client queries and technical support.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and desire to learn new skills.
4. Resolved the technical queries of the end user Over Phone, Mail and Remote Sessions.
5. Trained the end user of the software Over Phone, Mail and Remote Session when its required.
6. Database Maintenances.
7. Strong communication skills and a strong team player.
8. Preparing UAT document and helping clients in conducting UAT. Ensuring clients operate the application smoothly.
9. Process Mapping and ensuring timely delivery of the processes.
10. Identifying potential problems and presenting desirable solutions.
