ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:The candidate should have fair understanding of Retail operations & applications.The candidate is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of ERP application. This individual is accountable for the above-mentioned systems operations across CK & outlets. Responsibilities on these systems include SA engineering and provisioning, operations, maintenance, and support.Primary Responsibilities1. Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify, design, and implement business and technology solutions for organization.2. Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.3. Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.4. Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.5. Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.6. Manage routine interactions with Implementation partner.7. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.8. Documentation of SLA signed between Company & vendors.9. Contribute to and maintain system standards.Operations and Support1. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.2. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.3. Managing the applications as per our business requirements and catering relevant support to all the departments & outlets.4. Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.5. Create, change, and delete user accounts as per request.6. Provide Tier III/other support per request from various Business verticals. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.Maintenance1. Managing the application Masters and monitoring the system functionalities on regular basis.

Manage future implementations and system enhancements by collaborating with various business areas and system owners.Define requirements and monitor those through to implementation.Collaborate with vendors to implement enhancements.Develop and maintain implementation and enhancement project plans.Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates.Assist in modification of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Manuals of program.Report weekly to Executive Sponsor when tasks are at risk till critical path determined.Perform independently with minimal supervision and work with others developing trusting relationships.Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within organization.Adapt quickly to complex culture and develop successful professional relations with key stakeholders.Establish project plans for creating, enhancing and deploying new products, services, features and functions for Broadview Networks.Convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to project team members and lead teams as required.Enforce successful implementations across multiple functions in organization.Recommend management of status of all ongoing projects.Anticipate delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions.Collaborate with all cross-functional team members/system owners to accomplish required tasks and provide project updates.

Ability to successfully manage the allocation of project resources necessitates both strong project resource management abilities and a solid technical foundation. Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.Can assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP Project deployment including (but not limited to): Business Process Configuration, Documenting current and future process flows and business rule configuration, User interface configuration, External system integration (if required), User and supplier set-up, Training to and Building the Team.Manage conflicts, ensuring everyone involved is working together effectively towards successful Implementation.Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.Qualification & Skills:9+ years of experience.Proven decision-making ability and prioritization skills to balance conflicting demands across the project.Expert level functional knowledge of various Business concepts like Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales -Purchase, Manufacturing Accounting.Strong Techno Functional Skills and minimum 4+ Years of Experience of working with at least one famous ERP system like SAP, Oracle ERP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or any other similar software systems.Successful ERP Implementation experience with at least 3 Full Lifecycle End to End Implementation in any other well known ERP Systems.Thorough understanding of Risk Management and its implications
