Job Description - Purchasing EngineerJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: HVAC&R Products Knowledge, Sourcing HVAC&R Products from Various Suppliers from various countries to meet Project Specifications. Oversee vendor sourcing, selection and performance; Handle material quality issues and delivery issues; Ensure that purchase quality, quantity, delivery and price is correct; Responsible for material arrangement to fulfil daily production plan; Ensure all purchasing records are up to date, generated periodically; Prepare monthly purchase reports, update approval vendor lists and assist with yearly vendor performance assessments; To send weekly forecast and pull plan to supplier in view of the latest customers/ production requirement; Weekly review inventory level versus production schedule planning; To issue PR & PO according to lead time; Monitor orders and deliveries; Assist with supplier audits; Ensure ISO requirements and documentations are properly maintained; To monitor supplier on time delivery according to delivery and project plan; Ensure the candidate is having the HVAC Products knowledge for Mechanical and Electrical Items. Job Description HVAC System Design Engineer (Mech.)1. Assist to the Engineering Manager to overview the engineering and design aspect upon confirmation of project. Based on Technical Agreement/ Specification, GA. Contract Requirement, and Scope of supply etc. via contract review to carry out design.2. Co-ordinate with Engineering Manager, Purchasing Department and Production Department to generate drawings.3. Preparing Drawing and submit for Approval; liaise with Customer/ Class on Technicality aspect to finalized on the design.4. Based on Feedback/ Comments to prepare Working Plan incorporating all comments, and assist to Purchasing Department on the Material Requisition for Clarification of Approval.5. Job Description (HVAC Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer)1. Experienced Electrical Design Engineer for HVAC System2. Report to Engineering Department Electrical Manager. 3. Complete project independently from Receive Projects specification, Design, Issue and submit drawing, Update the comments from client, FAT, SAT. 4. Issue Wiring Diagram & Termination Drawing for HVAC Control Panel, Include Chiller Unit, Air Condenser Unit, AHU, Cold Room Provision Plant by use Auto Cad software.5. Issue Documentation for Electrical & Instruments. Include Block Diagram, Control Philosophy, Cause & Effect Control Philosophy, Power Loading List, FAT testing procedure, Control Panel General Arrangement Drawing, Junction Box Drawing.6. Choose electrical element and Instrument based on project requirement. 7. Use Siemens S7-400 PLC to do the HVAC System PLC program. Experience in CPU Redundancy, Modbus Communication Redundancy. 8. Use S7-1200 PLC to do the HVAC Control System PLC program9. Use Siemens HMI software to do the Touch Screen Program.10. Fully understood HVAC System D&ID, P&ID.11. Marine and Offshore commissioning experience are required. 12. Sometimes will go to site for trouble shooting.13. Contact with client about the project requirements. 14.
