Responsibilities:Strategic Talent Planning:Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs.Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with organizational objectives.Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit and alignment with job requirements.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.Employer Branding:Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.Utilize various channels to showcase the company culture and values.Sourcing Strategies:Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.Provide guidance on best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve recruitment processes.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.Vendor Management:Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other vendors.Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar leadership role.Strong leadership and team management skills.
