Key Responsibilities:Quality Testing and Analysis:Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using appropriate analytical techniques.Perform microbiological tests, chemical analysis, and physical tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.Utilize and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all analytical activities, test results, and observations.Prepare and review quality control documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and test protocols.Generate and analyze quality control data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a quality control role within the pharmaceutical industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and microbiological testing.Knowledge: Strong understanding of GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities : To conduct material analysis (in-process, raw material, samples, finished goods, etc.) and maintain records of the same Planning of daily activities of the laboratory Sample management and Documentation of RM , PM and all lab procedures Writing/reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per regulatory requirement Developing and validating analytical test methods for the testing of company products manufactured to required standards Responsible for maintaining the minimum stock for working standards, reference standards and impurity standards and ordering as and when required Responsible for maintaining the minimum stocks for chemicals, reagents, glass wares and solvents required for analysis Responsible for preparing the COA s as per the requirement Responsible for maintaining the instruments in working condition and reduce the breakdown time of instruments Responsible for Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices
