- Generating profitable new business by managing leads development to sales tours to negotiation to closing of deals with prospective and existing clients for all product lines- Networking with local market brokerage firms/agents- Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to bring in new business leads and maximizing opportunities of current business to enhance revenue stream- Managing Brokers' & Clients' inquiries- Maintaining personal network with business partners, land owners, builders' organizations and high net worth customers- Make proposal submission- Achieve monthly sales targets- Provide timely and accurate sales information & feedback to the Manager- Process administration functions.- Evaluate all vendor agreements and invoices and organize contracts.- Offer support to the finance team as needed.- Office Management and Housekeeping- handling Admin and Operations related work for the center
