As a Data Entry Specialist, your main responsibility will be to input and update data in databases and maintain accurate records. You will need to ensure data integrity and follow company protocols for data handling. Key responsibilities include:- Entering data into databases accurately and efficiently- Updating and maintaining existing data records- Performing regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy- Organizing and filing data in an orderly manner- Communicating with team members to verify data accuracy

Meeting sales targets. Promoting products and any special deals. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service. Follow up customers and meet their queries and rectify.
