Provide on-site support for POS, hardware, software, and networking issues. Install and configure POS machines, switches, routers, printers, laptops, desktops, andperipherals. Install Windows OS and troubleshoot basic Windows/Linux issues. Troubleshoot printers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, and other POSperipherals. Diagnose hardware, software, network, connectivity, and power-related issues. Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, and network troubleshooting. Lay, crimp, terminate, and patch Ethernet/network cables. Test systems after installation or repair. Respond to service requests and coordinate with internal teams when required. Maintain service records and complete assigned requests within timelines.
