Network Engineer Fresher

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.

Troubleshoot network issues and resolve connectivity problems.

Configure and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity.

Implement network security measures, including firewalls, ACLs, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.

Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, and patch management.

Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration backups.

Monitor bandwidth utilization and optimize network performance.

Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal IT teams for issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.

Provide technical support for network-related incidents and user requests.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
