JOB DESCRIPTION FOR IMPORT-EXPORT EXECUTIVE,BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE, EXPORTMERCHANDISER, EXPORT ASSOCIATEPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as anImport-Export Executive with a focus on sales and marketing. This rolerequires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of import-export procedures, and the ability to develop and maintain relationshipswith clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Import-Export Operations:o Coordinate and manage the import-export process, includingdocumentation, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics.o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards forinternational trade.o Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolveany issues that may arise.o Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers to optimize the transportation and distributionprocess.Sales and Marketing:o Develop and implement strategies to promote import-export servicesand expand the customer base.o Identify potential clients and markets for import-export opportunities.import-export transactions or demonstrated success in core sales andmarketing roles.o Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customsprocedures, and shipping logistics.o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.o Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively underpressure.o Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with import-exportsoftware is a plus.o Fluency in additional languages is desirable but not required.Salary Package:The salary package for this position will be determined based on thequalifications, proficiency, experience, and demonstrated zeal of thecandidate.
