Job description for Sales Associate(Corporate Loan)Job Responsibilities: Sourcing new clients Lead generation in the area of industry allotted Selling Financial services to businesses Regular interaction with financial managers majorly from MSME and emerging corporate houses (not limited to) Organize client meetings Provide solutions for short and long-term financial goals. Direct and extensive interaction with the clients. Manage corporate relationships Documentation process & follow-ups with clients Detailed and in-depth reports & MISFunctional Skills required: Basic understanding of the financial statements like Balance Sheet, P&L, Ratio Analysis, Working Capital, and Loans etc. is preferred. Knowledge in the Indian banking sector.Additional Skills required: Good communication skills Good negotiation & convincing skills Good Analytical skills Good with numbers Well organized, detail oriented and ability to multi task Enthusiastic, intelligent and proactive Willingness to travel for client meetings (very rare) Preference for languages known English, Hindi, and Gujarati& Marathi.
