Baggage handlingCheck in baggage, weigh it, and tag it for the correct destination. Move luggage between check-in points and departure areas, and load and unload it from the plane. Ensure luggage is scanned and delivered safely. BoardingManage the check-in and boarding processes, and check boarding passes at the departure gate. OperationsCoordinate with ground crew to move aircraft, and assist with aircraft marshaling. Operate airport equipment like baggage carts, forklifts, and tugs. Respond to emergencies and incidents in a professional manner. Other responsibilitiesSell airline tickets and make reservations. Help passengers confirm flight and meal reservations. Store freight cargo in warehouses. Maintain accurate records of activities, such as passenger counts, baggage handling, and equipment maintenance.
