- Introduce ideas and concepts as per the syllabus- Goal Setting, Evaluative sessions, Lesson plans execution (self-directed, group directed, trainer directed)- Support collaborative relationship with project team- Support the project team by coordinating with project activities and executions.- Review written material of training participants.- Maintain a batch file for different Batches.- Review monthly Evaluation Sheets and progress in personality of trainees.- Evaluate the candidates on the basis of trainee??s monthly performance report.- Create activities that allow for the active participation of everyone in the group- Seek written feedback from training participants- Be updated and briefed about the training of fellow trainers.- Modify training approach and then observe the effects of the change.
