Source high-quality materials and components for kitchen equipment manufacturing.Establish relationships with reliable suppliers for timely delivery and competitive pricing.Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimize procurement processes.Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their requirements.Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure pricing accuracy.Ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and services.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with quotes and address any concerns.Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide product information.Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.Manage financial documents including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records for auditing and reporting purposes.Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile transactions.Collect pricing and service information from potential outsourcing partners.Evaluate outsourcing options based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.Facilitate communication between outsourcing partners and internal teams.Plan and coordinate the logistics of equipment delivery, installation, and service calls.Liaise with transportation providers to schedule shipments and optimize delivery routes.Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and address logistical challenges
