Axis Bank - Branch Executive Job RoleDesignation: Branch Executive / Branch Banking ExecutiveDepartment: Branch BankingEmployment: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Handle customers visiting the branch and resolve their banking queries.Assist with account opening, KYC, account maintenance and service requests.Help customers with cheque books, debit cards, internet/mobile banking and other banking services.Explain and cross-sell banking products such as Savings/Current Accounts, FD/RD, Credit Cards, Loans and Insurance/third-party products, depending on the assigned role.Generate leads and acquire new customers through referrals and customer visits.Maintain customer relationships and support branch business growth.Process customer transactions/service requests within the prescribed turnaround time.Maintain proper documentation and follow banking, KYC, compliance and risk-management guidelines.Coordinate with other branch teams and maintain daily reports.
