As a field officer for Rakii, your role involves coordinating and managing field operations related to Rakii's projects. This includes overseeing logistics, scheduling, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. You'll engage with the local community, gather feedback, and support Rakii's initiatives. Reporting on activities, solving problems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with internal teams are also key responsibilities. Your goal is to contribute to Rakii's success by ensuring smooth project execution and continuous improvement in field operations.

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking or field work. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals withthe help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography andinform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.2. Source Relationship Management:Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified byhim in his geography/area.3. Maintain Reports:Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in theprescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format ofactivities.4. Channel Partner Recruitment:Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner5. Team Huddle:Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.6. Customer Relationship Management:Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintainingrelationship with customers.7. Completion of File:Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations andinformation

Qualifications: 12th/ GraduateSalary: 10k-22k CTCPM + IncentivesExperience: 0-2 yearsAge: 19-27 yearsBike and Driving Licence (Learning Licence) is must
