Stage 2: Awarenesso Counsel and guide potential Entrepreneurs through business volunteers onvarious options available for setting up small businesseso Bring in those referred - to BYST for the workshopo Maintain database of all awareness gen done, counselled & MIS reportso Assist Project Coordinator in organizing various workshops, trainings andplanningo Ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach is undertaken among projectpartners at field-level /in implementing project interventions and achievingdesired outcomeso Act as a field level representative, as called upon by the Project Coordinatorduring review meetings, evaluation and discussions.o Provide additional support to Project Management Unit as required.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:- 1. Handle and follow company processes2. Drive distribution and channel sales targets and achieve assigned targets month over month3. Research and implement different ways to sell products through routine market visits4.
