If system issues or other emergencies delay Associates, implements measures/schedules to return to established Associates schedules at the earliest possible time. Identifies operational priorities and other work flow issues; ensures a constant flow of work so that delivery schedules are met. Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow. Develops an understanding of the workflows, procedures and specific criteria for each assigned client. Emphasizes productivity goals and takes action to ensure effective and efficient use of staff is maintained. Creatively plans for allocation of extra capacity for backlog Associates. Oversees performance to ensure that staff is performing within the established quality and production performance criteria. Assists in coordinating scheduled quality meetings with the production staff. Responds to and ensures that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent to US. Ensures client mails are promptly responded to. Maintains technical knowledge of Associates. Bring proven ability to oversee and provide support and/or direction on quality issues. Co-Ordinate and follow through on the training plans for adding new trainees onto an account. Guideline updates Co-ordinate with the QA staff to ensure that the update is understood by the Associates. Project Launch - Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the Associates process and track the daily progress during the launch period.
