We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Linus Projects (India). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our industrial machinery, specifically in the lubricant and grease manufacturing sector. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of high-quality equipment such as Lubricant Blending Plant and Grease manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:-Pre-Sales Activity.-Drafting Emails to clients in a proper manner.-To make quotations & send to the clients.-To make correspondence.-Maintaining daily dispatches & informed clients regarding dispatches.-The daily task is given by reporting manager.Key skills --A candidate who can join us immediately.-Female candidate Prefered.-A candidate who can write and speak fluent English.-Graduate from Any engineering background will be preferred.-Graduate complete from any field preferred.-Candidates with excellent hold in MS office are preferred.-Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written.-The candidate would be preferred from the central line or from Ghatkopar would be preferred.

Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management teamArrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leadsSupport senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery datesAttend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and productsMonitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for saleContribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phoneEstablish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptlyCollaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reportsOther Requirements:Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;Good computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationEducation: Engineering only
