Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and fix site visits. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads. Provide details about projects, pricing, and availability. Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly. Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups. Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, site visits, and conversions. Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients.Candidate Requirements: Graduate or 12th Pass with good communication skills. Prior experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar industry. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Good knowledge of local property market is a plus.
