Job Description:Selling of banks and third-party products to new customersConducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activityContacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more productsAchieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basisComplete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to timeDaily entry of interaction with customers in banks CRM systemFollow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activityParticipate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time.Job Responsibilities:Field sales / Business developmentMandatory use of a bikeMeeting clients and generating sales leads

Role and Description To meet all allocated customers in person.To increase the sales in the branch.To handle service issue post sales.To be aware of finance products and its penetration in his business.Obtaining the necessary documents from customers along with the payment.Processing the applications for approval.Responding to customer queries and grievances and providing timely information and redressal.Ensuring committed numbers are achieved.Exploring favorable cross selling opportunities with the customers.CMS updation.

Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, Sales pitching, Model house demo, Miniature explanation,Good Communication skills in EnglishNative speaker of TamilMinimum 1-5 years of experience in any salesAdded advantange (B2B/ Direct sales /Field sales )
