Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders To provide administrative support to the Director in the follow up and completion of work plans.Good command over English with the knowledge of local languageWomen candidates only.
