Design & Engineering Design material handling equipment (drum tilter, trolley, tumbler, lifter, tackle, fixtures, etc.) Prepare 2D drawings (GA, fabrication, machining, assembly) Develop 3D models and assemblies Prepare BOM with proper part numbers Conduct interference and fitment checks Support prototype development and design improvementsDesign Calculations Load calculations (static & dynamic) Stability and tipping calculations Selection of shafts, pins, bearings, wheels Hydraulic cylinder and power pack calculations (where applicable) Factor of Safety and basic hand calculations Documentation of calculation sheets for internal / client use
