Responsibilities -Teaching & Mentorship: Deliver comprehensive, engaging lectures in Physics (Core) and Mathematics (Support) for classes 11, 12, and repeater batches. -Exam Coaching: Prepare students for JEE Main/Advanced, NEET, and CBSE board exams with a focus on conceptual clarity and numerical problem-solving. -Content Development: Create, update, and manage high-quality study materials, DPPs (Daily Practice Papers), question banks, and test papers. -Assessment & Doubt Solving: Conduct regular tests, provide detailed feedback, and hold doubt-clearing sessions to improve student performance. -Academic Planning: Develop and follow structured lesson plans to ensure syllabus completion on time. Required Qualifications & Skills -Education: Master's degree (M.Sc/M.Tech) in Physics or a related field.FRESHERS ARE MOST WELCOME-Subject Proficiency: Strong expertise in Physics, with the ability to teach 11th/12th grade mathematics. -Teaching Skills: Innovative, applicant-based teaching techniques and excellent communication skills.
