A few examples are in sub-points below: Drafting the B/L copy for getting approval & follow-up for final B/L. Prepare Consignee Documents & Bank Documents for Payment after receiving BL. Prepare certificate of insurance in the web portal. Prepare COO from FGI & EXPORT INSPECTIONS COUNCIL. Prepare product-wise certicateofanalysis. Daily update of shipment-tracking in the system. Document courier booking in DHL and its tracking. Weekly update of RoDTEP and duty drawback Statement. Check online duty drawback in the ICEGATE portal (scroll data). Follow-up with the factory for material Dispatch. Planning and scheduling of Third-Party inspection Conformity (PVOC). Co-ordination with CHA for the checklist for shipping bill lling. Co-ordination with forwarder and shipping line for best rates and order execution. Getting quotes from shipping line portals. Maintaining the Pre-post stung photos from survey representatives. Publishing holiday calendar of Customs yearly, and reminding the holidays every month to all team members like Marketing. Ensuring 24x7 to provide freights and ensure smooth order flow is part of logistics responsibility.
