Coordination with external agencies like shipping line, Forwarders etc Complete coordination with the client for clearance of the shipment Internal coordination with operation team, Documentation Team, Accounts Team transport department etc Keeping track of shipments and coordinate with client for documents and further filing Preparation and submission of reports as per requirement Preparing fund requirement and preparing for BillingRequired Skills: Strong communication (verbal & written) and extraordinary presentation skills Knowledge about Import / Export process & Shipping line activities Good in Data Analysis Skill Proficiency in English Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook Problem solving Skill Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
