Responsibilities Required to prepare plan for civil construction and reviewing designs while ensuring compliance to quality Required to prepare Bills of Quantities and Cost Estimates in accordance with design drawings and specification and verify the bill for Sub Contractors Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects. Estimates materials, equipment, and labor needed to determine project costs. Required to Prepare Bar Bending Schedule of the project or part of project Required to take level (using Auto Level) & Preparation of Level Sheet as per Drawing Layout & Excavation Work Required to Plan & Execute the project work as per Design & Drawing Provide material Procurement Plan whenever required Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff. Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in executing multiple tasks related to projects. Maintaining records for any deviation in the drawing and actual execution.
