Cost Estimation and Analysis: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and market rates to estimate material, labor, and machinery costs, including Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and rate analysis. Payment Tracking: Monitor payments received, follow up on outstanding invoices, and certify payment requests from subcontractors and suppliers. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all billing-related documents and generate regular reports on project financials and billing status. Client and Team Communication: Liaise with clients to resolve billing issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project data and invoices.
