Job Description: ERP ImplementerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Implementer to join our growing team. Thesuccessful candidate will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) systems for our clients. This involves overseeing all aspects of the implementationprocess, from initial planning and configuration to user training and go-live support.Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of ERP implementation projects, including:o Project planning, scoping, and budgetingo Requirements gathering and analysiso System configuration, testing and customizationo Define test cases and test planso Data migration and integrationo User training and documentation o Go-live support and post-implementation maintenanceo Report regularly status to manager and updates to clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functionalrequirements for the ERP system. Also get user acceptance and testing done with clients. Configure and customize ERP systems according to client specifications, including but not limitedto:o Finance & Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)o Fixed Asset Management Systemo Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Production Planning)o Human Resources (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance)o Doctors Accounting System Perform data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and deliver comprehensive user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Responsible for Requirement gathering & analysis for Implementation of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations Responsible for Business Process Mapping User training in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations Effective Client handling Project Documentation, Trackers & MOMDesired Skill: Accounting & Taxation Skills with knowledge of Financial Accounting will be added advantage Strong Business Writing Skills Effective Communication skills Must possess interpersonal relations and a team player Ability to prioritize through multi-tasking to ensure deadlines are met Working Experience or knowledge of Accounts, Inventory management, Supply Chain and Trade & Logistics will be added advantage Willing to travel and relocate to any place in India/Abroad for short term period if required for projects deliveries

The candidate is expected to have 6 - 8 year of expert domain knowledge in Psft Data Migration. Query Tuning and PSFT Extract; Extract Validation report generation; Mapping and Preload/e-Compare reports - Initial Design/Development

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Build customer relationships through troubleshooting Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, via online. Take ownership of each customer issue and Work across functions to resolve them Knowledge of Accounts or Tally Software etc will add Advantage
